Poole Construction's safety and health team collaborates with subcontractors to develop a Site Specific Safety Plan covering elements such as hazard communication, fire protection, emergency action plan, fall protection, erosion, sedimentation control, etc.
Poole Construction incorporates job hazard analyses, pre-task plans, risk assessments, periodic project inspections, and job site safety orientations as part of our strategy to keep our workforce and work environment safe and free of unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.

President
Johnny Poole
Johnny manages the day-to-day operations at Poole Construction, providing strategic oversight in operational planning, budget/cost control, field operations, and project management. With over 25 years in the Construction Industry, Johnny uses his skills and expertise to ensure Poole Construction's vision, mission, goals, and client expectations are at the forefront of all Poole Construction's endeavors. Johnny leads with integrity, setting the stage for our success. Johnny has earned a degree in Education, along with a Manager of Environmental Safety and Health (MESH) Certification. Johnny is also a Certified Healthcare Manager (CCHM). Johnny is currently a qualifier for the North Carolina and South Carolina General Contractor's license.

Jamario Poole, LEED® Green Associate™, ENV SP
Jamario has over ten years of experience in the construction industry. Jamario works in various areas such as strategic planning, preconstruction, project management, and environmental health and safety. Jamario earned an M.S. in Construction and Facilities Engineering from UNC Charlotte, an M.S. in Technology Management with a specialization in Occupational Safety and Health from NC A&T State University, and a B.S. in Business Administration from UNC Greensboro. Jamario is a Certified Healthcare Manager (CCHM), Certified Erosion Prevention and Sedimentation Control Inspector (CEPSCI), and an OSHA Authorized Construction Outreach Trainer.
Finance & Human Resource Manager
Tonita Poole, MBA
Tonita has years of professional leadership experience in quality and regulatory compliance, and financial and human resource management. Tonita is responsible for human resource compliance, training and development, and financial strategic planning. Tonita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, a B.S. in Business Management and Organizational Development from the University of Mount Olive, and an A.A.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology.
